Yam Doyev serves as Circus Community Liaison, acting as a key bridge between the organization and the circus community.

With a 24-year career as a circus artist (aerial acrobat), coach, and director/producer, Yam brings deep industry knowledge and long-standing relationships within the circus world. She is the founder and former manager of the London-based Gravity Circus School, Centre, and Agency, where she worked closely with performers, educators, and institutions across Europe and beyond.

As her work increasingly intersected with sustainability, conscious living, and animal welfare, Yam began collaborating with Weeping Elephant Project on a focused outreach initiative to engage circus schools, companies, and artists in dialogue about the future of circus without animal exploitation.

Through this collaboration, Yam supports relationship-building, outreach, and information-gathering within the circus sector to help advance Weeping Elephant Project’s advocacy and awareness efforts related to elephants used in entertainment.
